2. Rental Delivery Options: Delivery Quotes Available. Please send location, date and time to 573-454-1160 for a rate quote. All Orders with Delivery must meet a minimum purchase of $300.00 or more to qualify.
3. Customer Pick Up/Drop Off: We do our best to accommodate special requests any chance we can! Standard pick up dates are Wednesday/Thursday from 11am-6pm. Standard drop off/return dates are Sunday from 1pm-3pm. Rental invoice will specify pick up and return dates/times. We will gladly work with your wedding plans pending orders prior to and after your event. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you!
4. Payment Terms: 60% Due to hold your date. Balance will be due within 90 days of event date. Order must be paid in full within 90 days of invoice event date. Any changes to date must be reflected on invoice event date to avoid any disappointment/confusion.
Thank you for verifying your invoice event date prior to 90 days to ensure order accuracy.
No refunds will be issued on any payments made.
Store credit for another rental item can be used within 90 days of cancellation.
$75Store credit must be used within same rental decor department. Any payments unused after 90 days will be forfeited.
