• A questionnaire to complete for our Alterations Manager + Alterations Team to review. Answering the questions in the most open & detailed way allows us to save brides time with MORE accomplished in FEWER fittings. Many of you hope for this which makes it our goal to save brides time + cost everywhere possible. (Unless you want to be here more often, which we love too! 😉
• Personalized, organized, detailed video on-to-one with a seamstress on our team.
• Communication during the alterations quote process to address and questions or concerns you may have

$50.00 Appointment Deposit is applied towards the purchase of your alterations in the first seamstress appointment.

Alterations are NOT included in price of products we sell. Our stylists do not include free alterations in any product sale for any reason that is NOT listed online in writing as seen in your Customer Login. We reserve the right to refuse pressing/cleaning service on any items altered elsewhere for liability purposes. Alterations must be paid in full at time of pinning/purchase. Techniques/application at discretion of seamstress based on price given.
