Non responsive brides not using our time saving process will be required a $200 minimum reservation deposit to “hold your spot”.
This minimum accommodates the additional time our staff invests to welcome a non-responsive bride.
We are not responsible for misunderstandings that occur with non-responsive requests or payments.

Thank you for submitting your 1st and 2nd choice of dates/times!
If you are planning 2-3 weeks in advance and choosing a Friday or Saturday, it’s usually not an issue to accommodate your dates submitted.
Let’s move on to the next step in pre-appointment prep:

Step 3 of 3: Appointment Deposit
If you do NOT get a text message from me within 24 hours, there may be a technical issue? (Contact me by text.)
In Step 2, your Bridal Style Quiz:
- Be yourself and answer the questions genuinely so I know you and can personalize your experience.
- Style + Price Range – you do NOT need to know what you want or what looks good on you. Tell us your thoughts and we will translate your words into your dress. It’s really cool how this happens with listening + years of experience!
- Photos or Pinterest Board – photos can be from our shop link, Pinterest, Google, show us what you have been attracted to as a conversation starter.
- Guests Attending – think about who you are bringing to prep for the appointment deposit.
In Step 3, your Appointment Deposit:

Your question is answered here: www.avasbridalcouture.com/menu - What if you pay for 8 guests but only 4 attend?
Your deposit is applied in full (as if 4 attended). See the menu link for clarity. You do not lose funds because 4 guests were unable to attend. If you are on the fence and trying to plan, over pay for the deposit so you don’t have to keep submitting $25 for each add on. You will receive the applied funds for those in attendance on game day! - Is the deposit non-refundable if I need to cancel?
Yes, all of our transactions in person or online are non-refundable. - The highest deposit in DFW?
