We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

These “Terms of Sale” are common at many local and commercial bridal boutiques world wide as well as Ava’s Bridal Couture & Classy Concepts:
- We strive for an amazing bridal experience beginning to end by being genuine, kind, organized, accesseable, non-judgemental and transparent!
– All Sales are Final: In Store and Online
– Alterations are Not Included: in all Items Purchased, this remains consistant.

– Customer Has Final Choice in Size Decided on Order:
– ie: “Wrong Measurements by Stylist”
– ie: “Wrong Size Recommended by Stylist”
– If customer feels either are in error, please discuss with Sue prior to signing contract agreement. Give me a call or text if you have questions/concerns the week of placing your order. – Items are not “Made to Measure”: Even though measurements are completed during a professional fitting, these measurements are collected to compare to a designer size chart. Many of us are between 2 or 3 sizes based on a bridal designer size chart. We help brides narrow down 2 choices for the customer to make the final decision. CLICK HERE TO LEARN HOW WE TRAIN
– Alterations are the Next Step: if the order arrives too big or too small, alterations and tailoring by an experienced seamstress will achieve the “perfect fit” with the nature of bridal and formal attire. – Dye Lot Variations: Each order is cut from a different bolt of fabric which has a different dye lot. Shades may vary with each bolt of fabric dyed seperately. Bridesmaid orders should all be ordered at the same store on the same PO to ensure one dye lot.
– Storage Options & Abandoned Property: Customer has 90 days to make any final payments and collect items left by Texas Law. All paid and unpaid orders left after 90 days will become abandondoned property. Storage rates apply for orders stored at Ava’s Bridal.
– Online Sales vs In Store Purchases: Terms of Sale are equal online and in store.
– Financing | Layaway Service Fees: Customer agrees to Late Fees, Partial Payment Fees + Rush Fees Required on all Layaway orders. Any delays to ETA due to Layaway & Financing are not gaurenteed by Ava’s Bridal or Classy Concepts. CLICK HERE TO AVOID FINANCING MISTAKES
– Customer Service Feedback: Feedback is extremely important to us. Clients who address concerns immediately at time of order have higher customer satisfaction ratings vs customers who voice concerns upon order arrival during a final sale. – Misunderstandings: Any agreements of pricing or terms of sale “changes” both unimplied or understood outside of these guidelines will be confirmed by Sue in writing in the Customer Login page.
