A Customer Pick Up + Try On Appointment is a 30 minute appointment with a customer service representative to try on, enjoy, ask questions, review order and take home!

Your customer service representative will answer your important questions, take photos for you and help you load your dress into your car.
**Seamstress is not present during a Customer Pick Up Appointment.

What is the Difference in a CPU vs Alterations Appointment?
An Alterations Fitting is a 30 minute appointment with co-owner, Tammy! Tammy is a skilled bridal seamstress of 30+ years as well as nearly 11 years with Sue at Ava’s Bridal. In this consultation, you begin the alterations process, dress is pinned, review pricing, plan your timeline and work needed for the perfect fit.
A Customer Pick Up + Try On Appointment is a 30 minute appointment with a customer service representative to try on, reunite with your dress and take home!
Can I look at Accessories During My CPU Appointment?
An accessories appointment will be paired with a bridal stylist or seamstress who knows the accessory inventory well during a wedding dress shopping appointment or alterations fitting.
We do not offer Accessory appointments separate from dress shopping or alterations appointments.
